Terms and Conditions
First two Orders are realized after 100% prepayment in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN. After placing an order the customer receives a confirmation of available quantities and on this basis is issued a pro-forma invoice. Upon receiving confirmation of payment the goods will be shipped via DPD on the same day to the address indicated by the client (this may also be the final recipient’s address). There is no minimum order amount. Delayed payment is possible after fulfilling the conditions set by the insurance company Euler Hermes. In this case orders placed before 2.00pm (GMT+1) are realized on the same day. Prices are indicated on EXW basis. Freight costs will be covered by the customer.
Due to the volatile price components on the market, prices can be subject to change without notice.
Warranty
All products have a warranty for 12 months. During the warranty period faulty goods are immediately replaced with new ones, free of defects. The warranties exclude goods damaged by the customer or applied in a manner inconsistent with the device’s instruction manual.
